I really don't care that he has mental issue as that is his business . But I do care he has killed 4 people and really shouldn't be out in public for the rest of his life or 25 years . What happened to public safety and looking after the people . I wouldn't want to be on a bus or in a room with him . Where is the safety for the public come into play as 4 people are already dead :( . Will the public be notified when he is out or are we just playing the let see what happens kind of game . IDK . Have a great day

If and when Raymond is granted a conditional discharge, that decision will stem from one of these review board hearings, which are public. So presumably, the public would learn of any release. As for the outings proposed at today's hearing, that's a separate matter together. If the review board approves that privilege, deciding on such individual outings isn't subject to a publicly disseminated ruling.

This guys name is Will Baker now and he is what I call the most dangerous person around and he should never be living out in public but here we are . You can't guarantee the safety of the public . I'm not sure but if he went off his meds will he do it again . -- This is from 2017

Absolutely ridiculous!!! This turkey should NEVER see the light of day... EVER!!

At any point that it is deemed that he is "stable" enough for any kind of "outing", he should be immediately incarcerated and put into a high security federal prison for the crime he committed!!!

He ruined the lives of FOUR families (and unfortunately, I knew ALL FOUR of the victims!!!).

You kill one person... you go to jail for the FULL minimum of the sentence, none of this "time and a half" bull sh!t. You kill two people, you go to prison for the rest of your lifetime... PERIOD!! If you kill an officer of the law, LIFE, with no possibility of parole!!

... those "other patients" may have enough clarity in their minds to understand what a P.O S. this individual is and have a may understand that what he did was beyond wrong.

In "federal", he may get a little bit of a reputation (and status) for killing a police officer, in this case two... but his taking of the lives of two civilians first, who may or may not be known to some of the "population" would make him a "high target" should he ever manage to land in general population of any federal facility.

... it would NOT be a very good idea to ever let him out, ANYWHERE, for any reason.

You have to ask who is more insane; the killer or those who think he can be put back into the community. 25 years for killing 4 people is also insane. He should have received 4 consecutive 25 year sentences but in liberal Canada that is seen as inhumane.
