It's so difficult to try to understand the justice system in NB. They don't think it is important to protect the public against this kind of perpetrator. It feels like they just can't be bothered with this type of case.
From what I could gather, it appeared Mr. Anderson hadn't committed the registration breach as alleged. SOIRA breaches are prosecuted all the time - I've reported on several such charges in the past year - but in this instance, it appears there was some confusion on someone's part that meant the alleged offence didn't actually occur, or that Mr. Anderson had a viable defence.
