I don't know that he's not subject to such conditions. I noted the order includes the conditions to stay away from the complainants. It's possible there are other conditions.
At this point, he's only accused. Nothing has been proven. He maintains a presumption of innocence until proof beyond a reasonable doubt has been established.
Shouldn’t he have to stay away from ALL schools and ALL children along with staying away from the complainants?

Why give him the opportunity to do it again until his trial? What protection do young children have in the meantime, if he is allowed to roam freely?
