I agree Judges need to be held to account by the public, like the Rcmp civilian review. Independent from bias. Those legal scales are never balanced properly when these people investigate themselves. I have no confidence in the proper administration of Justice in this province. Stayed tuned. Dumb and dumber aren’t the only ones looking to hold a member of the judiciary to account. Because the small-claims adjudicator granted the defendant's motion for dismissal on the basis such court actions against provincial court judges are barred under the Provincial Court Act.
Can’t fix stupid,better luck next time dumb and dumber ,wasted a lot of taxpayers money and they should be ordered to pay for the court proceedings...

Thank you for your answer. I’ve been trying to look up the case a bit. It’s never easy for when it’s for a different province.
