A Halifax man accused of committing sex crimes against an underage person in New Brunswick last summer is headed to trial on the indictable allegations.
Aaron Wilson, 40, of Bishop Street in Halifax, was scheduled to make his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday.
He’s accused of sexually assaulting a minor and touching that child for a sexual purpose in Waterborough, about an hour’s drive east of Fredericton, on Aug. 6.
