Jeffrey James Tidd, 29, to stand trial on Oct. 2015 allegation in provincial court next spring
Editor’s note: The defendant in this case was acquitted after trial in June 2025.
A Fredericton man will stand trial next year on a sex-crime allegation after his defence counsel denied the charge on his behalf Wednesday.
Jeffrey James Tidd, 29, of Regent Street, faces an indictable count of sexual assault, alleged to have occurred Oct. 31, 2015, in Fredericton involving a female complainant.
There’s a court-ordered a publication ban on information that could identify that complainant.
