Did anyone reply believe that three other judges would decide to take away their protections from liability over decisions made on the bench.

This is why they've been asking to present their evidence in front of a jury, but the judges continue to deny it.

There are no jury trials under the law for provincial offences or summary Criminal Code offences.

Statutes being used as cloaks for fraud.

Fraud - the intentional denial of right or property through deceitful means.

Read the Magna Carta Don. Jury trials are not conditional, and the law is not to be sold.

Now, would you like to tell your audience how these provincial courts sell the law and deny rights - including jury trials? Or that we have star chamber courts masquerading as provincial courts - pretending to be lawful, when they were supposed to have been abolished in 1641?

Corruption at its finest.

I was speaking of how courts operate. You're speaking to how you believe they should operate. Those are two separate things.

Time and time again, the justice system has rejected these natural law arguments brought forward by sovereign citizens and other like-minded parties.

It's not a "belief". What I'm talking about has already been proven in law. Just because these corrupt judges won't admit that this is based in truth, doesn't mean that it's not. Do some research on the history of law and you'll see what I'm talking about.

The judges do not want to allow juries in because they will lose their power and they WILL be held accountable for the crimes and the harm they have committed against the people they have sworn to protect and serve.

I for one did not believe justice would be delivered. Alberta recently made the right decision, for the wrong reason to drop all these ludicrous covid-19 cases. Never forget they locked us down & forced vaccines on us that were at best untested & ineffective. Western governments destroyed civil society with a disease they created by "mistake" in a bioweapons lab in China.
