Tammy Lynn Paul, 48, of Waasis Road, wasn’t present in Fredericton provincial court when her case was called Friday, but Fredericton lawyer Emily Cochrane appeared on her behalf as an agent for defence counsel T.J. Burke.

Paul is accused of possessing hydromorphone (Dilaudid) for the purpose of trafficking in Fredericton on Jan. 13 and with possessing narcotics again Jan. 16 - cocaine, this time - for trafficking purposes.
