Tearston Tee Saulis, 30, had been wanted on Canada-wide warrant for parole violation
The Tobique First Nation man whom the RCMP previously reported as being wanted on a Canada-wide warrant by Correctional Service Canada has been located and arrested, the Mounties advised Monday.
The Tobique detachment of the RCMP issued a news release March 18 about Tearston Tee Saulis, 30, of Tobique First Nation, advising the public there was a warrant out for his arrest for an alleged parole violation.
“Tearston Tee Saulis should not be approached by members of the public. If you see him, call your local police force immediately,” the release said.
“At this time, police do not believe there is an active threat to the general public.”
In an updated posted to social media Monday morning, the detachment noted Saulis had been found.
“The 30-year-old man from the community of Tobique First Nation who was wanted by police, has been located and arrested,” the updated release said.
“The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and co-operation.”
