Waasis man missing for three weeks
Michael Keetch, 48, hasn’t been seen since April 12, reports Oromocto RCMP detachment
A Waasis man reported as missing to police this week hasn’t been seen in almost three weeks, the RCMP reports.
The Oromocto detachment of the RCMP issued a news release Thursday evening, seeking tips from the public about Michael Keetch, 48, of Waasis.
“Michael Keetch was last seen on April 12, 2025, on Nevers Road in Waasis,” the release said. “He was reported missing to police on April 30, 2025.”
It said officers have followed up on several leads in the effort to locate him but they haven’t panned out. Police and his family are concerned for the missing man’s well-being, it said.
Keetch is described as being about 6’2” (191 centimetres) tall, weighing about 253 pounds (115 kilograms), with green eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Oromocto RCMP at 506-357-4300.
