Uptown office building damaged in fire
More than two dozen firefighters deal with blaze at commercial property for hours Saturday
Thirty firefighters contended with a major fire at an office building in uptown Fredericton for hours Saturday, and the cause of the blaze remains under investigation, says the Fredericton Fire Department.
Assistant deputy chief Dave McKinley of the Fredericton Fire Department told the Fredericton Independent on Sunday that firefighters were dispatched to 919 Prospect St. at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
