A woman from the north side of Fredericton now finds herself on the inside of a jail cell after admitting to her second impaired-driving offence Friday.
Kathleen L. Munn, 36, of Gibson Street, pleaded guilty in Fredericton provincial court Friday to a charge of having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving.
Crown prosecutor Christopher Lavigne said the charge after Fredericton police were dispatched to East Side Mario’s in the Corbett Centre at 9:35 p.m. on Jan. 24 after receiving a report of an intoxicated woman inside the restaurant.
