Trial dates set for dual drug suspects
Posha Ward, 33, of Hardwicke, and Dale Dunham, 36, of Hoyt, charged jointly with Dec. 5 counts of possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine for purpose of trafficking
A pair of jointly charged trafficking suspects will stand trial on indictable drug charges later this fall and early next year.
Dale Dunham, 36, of Mill Settlement Road in Hoyt, about 50 kilometres south of Fredericton, appeared in Fredericton provincial court in person and in custody Friday, while his co-accused in the case - Posha Ward, 33, of Hardwicke Road in Hardwicke, about 45 km east of Miramichi - was also on hand in person but free on conditions.

They’d previously elected to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty to indictable charges of possession of fentanyl, methamphetamines and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
