Trial date set in trafficking case
Provincial-court proceeding for Stephen Dexter MacFarlane, 36, set down for next summer
A Fredericton man accused of trafficking in narcotics will stand trial on the charges in more than a year’s time.
Stephen Dexter MacFarlane, 36, of no fixed address, elected to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty earlier this month to July 3, 2024, counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, fentanyl, hydromorphone and benzodiazepine, and to a related charge of probation violation.
