A Fredericton-area man will stand trial next summer on an allegation of breaking into a southside business in 2023, as well as a new charge of failing to attend court.

Andrew William Edwards, 32, of no fixed address, previously elected to be tried in Fredericton provincial court and pleaded not guilty to an April 30, 2023, count of breaking into BGC Engineering on Beaverbrook Court.
