Transient held on harassment, fraud charges

Logan Bradley Fletcher, 23, of no fixed address, accused of stalking woman in Fredericton

A transient whose image has been shared in local social-media circles in posts expressing concerns about his behaviour recently in Fredericton is in custody and facing criminal charges.

Logan Bradley Fletcher, 23, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Fredericton police station cellblock Monday afternoon.

He was charged with defrauding the Royal Barbershop of a sum of money May 27, and harassing Kerri Wortman by following her to a residence or workplace and thereby causing her to fear for her safety May 31.
