A suspect arrested by Fredericton police officers on Halloween will cool his heels in a cell over the weekend after being charged with drug-trafficking offences.
Joseph Vernon Murphy, 44, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Fredericton Police Force station cellblock Friday.
