A Saint John man accused of breaking into a rural camp in the capital region last weekend is free on conditions after the prosecution agreed to his release.

Matthew Duke, 27, of Lansdowne Avenue in the port city, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Thursday by video conference from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre.
