A young Fredericton man accused of breaking into a northside home and committing various firearms offences involving a homemade handgun was released from custody on conditions Monday.
Brayden Atyeo, 18, of Priestman Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court in custody and in person Monday morning, scheduled to go through a bail hearing.
He’s accused of burglary and firearms offences from late last week, specifically the following charges:
