A Fredericton man will cool his heels in custody for a couple of days pending a bail hearing after the Fredericton Police Force accused him Tuesday of trafficking in meth the day before.

Owen John Jonas Watt, 24, of Brunswick Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court in custody from the Fredericton police station cellblock Tuesday afternoon.

He was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possessing ammunition contrary to a court prohibition order barring him from having firearms and other such items.
