Suspect facing 2022-23 charges released
Jordan Joseph McGraw, 23, of Chipman, stands accused of crimes against family members
A Chipman man facing a long list of charges alleging crimes committed against members of his own family two and three years ago was released from custody on conditions Monday.
Jordan Joseph McGraw, 23, of McLeod Avenue, was scheduled to go through a bail hearing Monday on several long-outstanding charges, and he appeared in Fredericton provincial court by video conference from a custodial facility.
“These files are extremely dated,” said Judge Mélanie Poirier LeBlanc in reviewing the many charges before the court Monday.
