A Fredericton man has denied an allegation he broke into a government telecommunications facility and caused property damage at that location in the spring.

Defence lawyer Gwynne Hearn appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday on behalf of Jason Rodney McBride, 45, of no fixed address, who appeared by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre.
