A Woodstock man accused of breaking into a Gagetown woman’s home, stealing a generator from her and assaulting her on another occasion is headed to trial on the charges against him,
Joshua Alexander Russell, 35, of Maxwell Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, accompanied by lawyer Sarah Fanjoy acting as agent for defence counsel Timothy Culbert.
The defendant stands accused of various offences against Rachel Webb.
