A Fredericton man is due back in court next month to answer to allegations that he broke into a law firm and caused damage at a mall, both in the capital’s downtown core.

Kyle Kennett, 40, of Brunswick Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the city police station cellblock Tuesday morning.

He was charged with mischief causing damage to a door at Kings Place and breach of probation Oct. 6; and break, enter and mischief causing damage at a Carleton Street office building, possession of keys and a book of proverbs from the Carleton Law Group, and breach of probation on Thanksgiving Monday.
