An Upper Caverhill woman found passed out at the wheel of a car in Fredericton last fall was so high at the time, she could barely stand up, court heard last week.
Heidi Lee Sowers, 26, of Route 610 in Upper Caverhil, about 55 kilometres west of Fredericton, appeared in provincial court Thursday to answer to an allegation of operating a motor vehicle while her ability to do so was impaired by drugs.
She pleaded guilty to the lone charge.
