Jacob Daniel Griffiths, 35, of Bridge Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court with defence counsel Gwynne Hearn on Tuesday to answer to three charges.

He’s accused of break, enter and theft at the home of Derek MacDonald on Main Street in Stanley on Jan. 4, as well as two summary counts of assault on MacDonald and Derrick Robinson on the same date.
