Springfield man accused of touching minor
Jesse Clayton Boudreau, 45, will return to court next month to answer to indictable charges
A Springfield man is now facing allegations that he sexually assaulted and touched an underage complainant last year, and he’s set to elect mode of trial and enter pleas in three weeks.
Jesse Clayton Boudreau, 45, of Route 615 in Springfield, about 35 kilometres west of Fredericton, made his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to face two indictable charges.
The RCMP alleges he sexually assaulted a minor and touched that same complainant for a sexual purpose.
