Southside man admits to driving drunk
Kisenge Anthony Mbaga, 23, of Fredericton, to return to court in October for sentencing
A Fredericton man who admitted to impaired driving this week sought to be sentenced immediately, but it was delayed for a victim-impact statement.
Kisenge Anthony Mbaga, 23, of Dundonald Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to a charge of having an elevated blood-alcohol within two hours of driving.
He pleaded guilty to the offence, which occurred May 12 in Estey’s Bridge.
