A Fredericton man is set to return to court next month to enter a plea to an allegation of sexual assault dating from December.
Shane Allen Hamilton, 31, of Monteith Drive, made his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Monday to answer to a charge.
He’s accused of a summary count of sexual assault, alleged to have occurred between Dec. 3 and 4 in Fredericton.
