A Fredericton man is set to return to court who was accused earlier this year of a sexual assault saw that charge withdrawn by the prosecution Monday.
Shane Allen Hamilton, 32, of Monteith Drive, was charged months ago with a summary count of sexual assault, alleging an offence against a woman in Fredericton between Dec. 3 and 4.
There’s a court-ordered publication ban in place protecting the identity of the complainant.
