A Fredericton man accused of violating the terms of a sex-offender registration order and of failing to attend court as required denied those charges Tuesday.
Anthony Stephen Beaumont, 40, of Albert Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday with defence lawyer Edward Derrah to answer to two criminal counts.
