Sex offender faces registration-violation charges
Blake Alan Brice, 37, of no fixed address, set to return to court next month to enter pleas
A convicted sex offender from the Fredericton region appeared in court Wednesday to face allegations he violated requirements of a registration order twice two years ago.
Blake Alan Brice, 37, of no fixed address, was in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to answer to two criminal charges.
While it was on the docket as Brice’s first appearance on the file, Judge Cameron Gunn noted the case had been before the court previously, but Brice wasn’t present.
As such, the judge said, a warrant was issued for Brice’s arrest, which was executed, after which he was released on conditions to attend court Wednesday.
