Sex-crime suspect released on conditions

A Fredericton man arrested and remanded last week on allegations of sexual assault and harassment has been released from custody on conditions.
Allen Crimmins, 55, of Smythe Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the city police station Oct. 3 and charged with several indictable offences against a woman.

At the request of prosecutor Patricia Gillett, Judge Mary Jane Richards ordered a publication ban on information that would tend to identify the complainant.
