A Burton man accused of a sexual assault who was required by a police undertaking to make his first court appearance on the charge Wednesday wasn’t present when his case was called.
Isaiah Joseph Ernest Bonnar, 23, of Irene Street, was set to make his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday on charges of sexual assault and breach of probation.
The RCMP counts allege Aug. 22 events in Upper Gagetown.
