Repeat offender seeks release for rehab
Most charges against Joe-Anna Marcella Hachey, 31, stemmed from breaching court orders
A Fredericton woman kept digging a deeper hole for herself in recent months by violating court orders and conditions of her release after a couple of minor crimes involving vehicles earlier this year.
Joe-Anna Marcella Hachey, 31, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court in person and in custody Monday for sentencing.
She pleaded guilty earlier this fall to a wide variety of crimes.
The main offences for which she was being sentenced involved a pickup truck and an SUV.
