Psych exam for library break-in suspect
Kelly Gordon Kleim, 31, of no fixed address, to be assessed to see if he's fit to stand trial
A homeless man accused of breaking into and trashing Fredericton’s downtown public library will undergo a psychiatric assessment in the coming days to determine his fitness to stand trial.
Kelly Gordon Kleim, 30, of no fixed address, was scheduled to go through a bail hearing in Fredericton provincial court Thursday, as he’s remanded on charges of break and enter, mischief causing damage and theft, among others.

Some of the charges against him arose from a Sept. 30 break-in at the Fredericton Public Library on Carleton Street during which thousands in damage was caused in the facility.
