Police can't find drug suspect, court hears
Dale Dunham, 36, of Hoyt, appears to be hiding from cops to avoid being served, says judge
A Hoyt man accused of drug-trafficking offences appears to be hiding from police so he can’t be served with a court summons, a judge said Friday.
Dale Dunham, 36, of Mill Settlement Road in Hoyt, about 50 kilometres south of Fredericton, was scheduled to make his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Friday on indictable charges.

He’s accused of possessing fentanyl and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possessing a weapon (bear mace) for the purpose of committing an offence, and possessing less than $5,000 in cash believed to be the proceeds of crime.
The charges allege offences in Fredericton on June 5.
