Missing Oromocto man found
Within couple of hours of initial police advisory about disappearance of Andrew Aube, 29, who hadn't been seen Nov. 9, RCMP detachment announced he had been located, was OK
The Oromocto man who was reported to police as missing Sunday after not being seen in more than a week has been found, the RCMP advised Monday.
The Oromocto detachment of the RCMP issued a news release Monday morning about Andrew Aube, 29, of Oromocto, noting he was reported to the Mounties as a missing person Sunday.
However, he’d been gone for much longer than that.
“Andrew Aube was last seen on Nov. 9, 2025, at a residence on Duffie Drive in Oromocto,” the release said.
However, in a followup posted shortly after noon Monday, the Oromocto detachment said the matter had been resolved.
“The 29-year-old man from Oromocto, N.B., who was reported missing to police on Nov. 16, 2025, has been located safe,” the RCMP reported. “The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance.”
