Oromocto man faces sex-assault charge

Michael Upshall, 47, accused of summary count alleging incident last summer

An Oromocto man will return to court later this month to answer to a summary charge alleging he sexually assaulted someone last summer.

Michael Upshall, 47, of Ripley Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Feb. 7 for his initial appearance on a summary count of sexual assault.
