An Oromocto man is scheduled to return to court later this month to enter pleas to allegations he sexually assaulted a minor and touched that child for a sexual purpose last summer.
Clarke Kenneth Scott Ramage, 48, of MacLaren Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court with defence lawyer Isabelle Caissie on Wednesday to answer to two summary charges.
He’s accused of sexually assaulting a minor and touching that same underage complainant for a sexual purpose with his hands and penis while in a position of trust and/or authority over the child.
