A woman from the Pepper Creek area of Fredericton will return to court in the new year to be sentenced for an impaired-driving offence.
Angela Jeaninne Chase-Thibodeau, 61, of Rolling Hill Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to an allegation of impaired driving.
Defence lawyer Ron Morris said she was pleading guilty to having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving on May 1 in Fredericton.
