Delton Charles Lewis Sullivan, 34, of Eyre Street in Noonan, was in Fredericton provincial court Monday for his initial appearance on two counts under the provincial legislation.

He’s accused of failing to conduct himself in a manner to ensure his health and safety, and those of others, on jobsites on two occasions: Aug. 27 and Oct. 2.
