Noonan man faces WorkSafeNB charges
Delton Charles Lewis Sullivan, 34, is accused of unsafe conduct at work twice last year
In a rare move, WorkSafe New Brunswick has charged a worker, rather than an employer, with infractions under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Delton Charles Lewis Sullivan, 34, of Eyre Street in Noonan, was in Fredericton provincial court Monday for his initial appearance on two counts under the provincial legislation.
He’s accused of failing to conduct himself in a manner to ensure his health and safety, and those of others, on jobsites on two occasions: Aug. 27 and Oct. 2.
