Noonan man accused of historical sex crimes
41-year-old defendant faces sexual assault, sexual interference charges as youth and adult
A Noonan man will return to court later this month to answer to charges alleging historical sex crimes dating back more than two decades.
The 41-year-old defendant made his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday on two sets of indictable charges.

He’s accused of sexually assaulting an underage complainant, inviting that person to touch him for a sexual purpose and exposing his genitals to that minor between Sept. 18, 1999, and Aug. 6, 2001, at Kingsley, about 15 kilometres north of Fredericton.
The accused is further charged of the same three offences, but between Aug. 7, 2001, and Sept. 17, 2002, involving the same complainant at the same location.
