Capital-region medical practice posts on Facebook it’s shutting down due to doctor’s health

Another medical practice in the capital region has closed its doors, creating uncertainty for thousands of patients.

In a post on social media Monday morning, the New Maryland After-Hours Medical Clinic, located in the village on the New Maryland Highway, announced it was no longer operating.

“The New Maryland clinic is now permanently closed,” the Facebook notice stated.
