A teenage suspect who has yet to enter pleas on charges arising from an attempted robbery in Fredericton five months ago finds himself back in custody, accused of numerous offences last month.
A 15-year-old Bilijk (Kingsclear) First Nation boy appeared in Fredericton youth court Wednesday, appearing in custody by video from the New Brunswick Youth Centre in Miramichi.
He was scheduled to enter pleas that day on charges of attempted robbery, possession of a stolen Mercedes, face-masking during an offence, indictable assault, threats to cause death and/or bodily harm and breach of a police undertaking, all alleged to have occurred Oct. 19.
He was also set to plead to two counts of breaching a November release order.
