Murder accessory lands back in prison

A Fredericton man convicted two years ago of being an accessory to murder after the fact is back in prison for violating the conditions of his release.
Joshua O’Hara, 38, appeared by telephone in Fredericton provincial court from a federal prison Thursday.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of being unlawfully at large in violation of a prison sentence, and Judge Kelly Winchester sentenced him to 30 days in custody, consecutive to any other sentence he’s serving.
