Moncton man faces two impaired allegations
Philip Ryan Ausman, 36, pleads not guilty to driving drunk in September and December
A Moncton man will be back in court in May to schedule trial dates on charges alleging he drove while impaired twice last fall.
Philip Ryan Ausman, 36, of Coronation Drive in Moncton, appeared in Fredericton provincial court to answer to five charges.
He’s accused of alternate counts of impaired driving and having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving stemming from a Sept. 21 incident.
Ausman is also charged with the same alternate counts, alleging offences Dec. 8, as well as a related charge of driving while prohibited from doing so by a court order.
