A Minto man is slated to enter a plea later this month to an allegation that he violated a court order requiring him to register annually as a sex offender.

Jude Dennis O'Reilly, 49, of Centennial Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Feb.  7 for his first appearance on a charge alleging he violated the terms of an order issued under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act (SOIRA).

The charge indicates he failed to report in person to the registration centre Jan. 31, 2023, to indicate where his main residence is.
