Minto man seeks time served for various crimes
Fredericton police found Tye Evan Nichol, 27, at wheel of stolen cars twice earlier this year
A Minto man is facing a potential extended stay in jail for a variety of offences he committed early in 2024, from cashing a stolen cheque to recklessly driving a stolen car as he fled from police.
A sentencing hearing was held in Fredericton provincial court Friday for Tye Evan Nichol, 27, of Northside Drive, who appeared in custody and in person.
Nichol previously pleaded guilty to numerous charges.
