Minto man denied bail Monday
Tye Evan Nichol, 26, faces variety of charges, including break-in, possessing stolen car
A Minto man will have to cool his heels behind bars pending the outcome of the case against him after being denied bail in provincial court Monday.
Tye Evan Nichol, 26, of Northside Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court in custody via video conference from jail Monday for a bail hearing.
Nichol faces a long list of charges, including Oct. 6 counts of possession of a hatchet for a purpose dangerous to the public peace and breach of probation; and March 6 counts of possession of a stolen 2012 Hyundai Elantra, obstruction of two police officers, possession of stolen IDs, breach of probation and violation of a driving suspension.
